What we're buildingAkono is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform helping university students actually understand their material, not just memorize it. We're already at a few thousand users and strong engagement (30-min average sessions, 10% conversion rate). Now we're scaling through content and paid acquisition.What you'll probably be doingThe role will evolve based on what's working, but here's our current focus:Short-form content (likely your main focus):Hunt for trends and hooks that could work for edtech/study contentWork with UGC creators to build a consistent content pipelineManage multiple social accounts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and experiment with what landsPotentially edit videos yourself or coordinate with editorsTest AI-generated content approachesPaid ads (if you're interested or have experience):Set up and optimize social media ad campaignsAnalyze what's converting and double down on winnersGeneral growth:Track what actually drives conversionsResearch international market opportunitiesBrainstorm ideas for content that could go viralWhy this is worth your timeReal impact. Your work directly influences whether we grow or stagnate. No shadow projects or busy work, just actual results.Learn from proven playbooks. We're following strategies that got companies like Jenni AI to $5M ARR. You'll implement them firsthand and see what works (and what doesn't).Flexible setup. Part-time or full-time works. Office space in Oud-West if you want it, or remote if that's better for you.Rare experience. You'll see how a product grows from hundreds to thousands of paying users, most people don't get that view until much later in their career.Direct access. You work directly with the founder.
