Our candidate should be able to be on-site in our Shanghai office for a period no shorter than six months.Working Time: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00Location: Shanghai OfficeCompensation: UnpaidMust already hold a compatible VISA for the internship.FocusThe Internship Will Cover Various Areas Economics - Preparation of economic reports on various topics such as economic performance and structure of cities and provinces in China and ASEAN countries; Double Taxation Agreements, Free Trade Agreements (such as RCEP), and other economic and fiscal agreements signed in the Asian region (ASEAN, China, and other jurisdictions). Communication and Marketing - The intern will be involved in the following activities: management of internal and external communications; updating and maintenance of the company website; production of market analysis and reports; analysis and monitoring of relevant activities.Learning ObjectivesAt the end of the internship, the intern will acquire basic knowledge in taxation, corporate law, and the Asian market. The intern will also develop problem-solving skills, teamwork, market research abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Company introductionRsA Asia is a tax and corporate advisory firm assisting companies, multinational groups and institutions in East Asia. The Firm focuses on China and Far East markets with a team of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Advisors. Main projects of the firm are related to mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, international taxation, company evaluation, structuring and reorganizing business in China and Asia-Pacific. RsA Asia assists investors on multi-jurisdiction investments and trade analyzing domestic and cross-border regulations, free trade agreements and tax treaties networks.
