Marketing Intern

At Viec Lam 24H (a member of SVG), we are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team and support a variety of marketing activities aimed at reaching and engaging job seekers. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance brand presence, execute creative campaigns, and contribute to initiatives that connect millions of workers with meaningful career opportunities. This is a great opportunity for you to apply marketing knowledge in a real-world setting, learn from experienced professionals, and make a tangible impact.What you’ll be responsible for:Assist in market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user insights under the guidance of the marketing team.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Support the execution of marketing communication initiatives across channels such as social media (Facebook,TikTok, LinkedIn), email campaigns, blogs…Assist in conceptualization and execution of marketing events including universities workshops, job fairs and livestream sessions.Aid the team in other administration tasks.Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.Basic understanding of marketing principles through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.Strong interest in social media management, events coordination and/or content creation.Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools is a plus.Creative mindset with enthusiasm for learning brand-building strategies.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability, able to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a bonus.Core CompetenciesEagerness to LearnCreativity and CuriosityTeam CollaborationAdaptabilityAttention to DetailAnalytical ThinkingTime Management What we’ll offer:Internship support fee: 3,000,000 VND/month, free lunch, Shuttle bus.Hands-on experience in executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies.Exposure to cross-channel campaign management and brand-building tactics.Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.Opportunity to build a portfolio of real-world projects.Flexible working hours (Mon – Fri only), working location at Dist 7, HCMC.
