Key Responsibilities: 1、Campaign支持：协助产品上新、明星公关等活动的策划与执行，包括创意提案、拍摄对接及货品管理； 2、KOL合作：拓展博主资源，筛选并沟通KOL/KOC，跟进合作排期及内容执行； 3、自媒体运营：参与抖音、微信、小红书等内容制作与发布，跟踪数据并优化投放效果； 4、CRM支持：协助会员运营相关工作，提升用户粘性及活跃度； 5. 行政协助：支持样品管理、财务及法务流程对接等日常事务。 Skills: 1、每周到岗≥4天，实习期≥3个月优先； 2、市场营销相关专业优先，对该领域有浓厚兴趣； 3、沟通能力强，能高效协调内外部资源，具备多任务处理能力； 4、熟练使用Excel/PPT，掌握基础数据分析或设计剪辑技能（如PS/PR）更佳； 熟悉社交媒体运营，有活动策划或KOL合作经验者优先。职位薪资：120-120/天
