You will be joining a high growth business which is just over a year old and already a team of 10, working with clients across health tech, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. You will deliver fast, think strategically, and care deeply about creative execution that drives results.THE OPPORTUNITY:This is a unique chance for someone with solid foundations in digital, growth or content marketing who’s ready to take the next step and run campaigns end to end, from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimisation. It’s a place where work is challenging but genuinely enjoyable, where ideas are welcomed and ownership is real, and where you can develop both strategically and hands-on while contributing to campaigns that make a huge difference for clients.WHAT YOU’LL DO: This role will be filled with variety, you can expect to: Run multi-channel campaigns end to end, from strategy through to delivery, tracking, and reporting.Present work to clients, share findings, and guide marketing strategy.Own client projects across content, brand, demand generation, and events.Plan and execute webinars, community events, and product launches.Create standout content, blogs, emails, social campaigns, landing pages, and thought leadership.Collaborate with designers, strategists, and founders to bring new ideas to life fast.Spot opportunities to optimise, automate, and test new approaches.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 3–5 years’ experience in-house in B2B marketing SaaS, or tech/startup environment preferred.Confident presenting to clients and turning performance data into actionable insight.Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple accounts simultaneously.A mix of creative and analytical thinking, you love both crafting ideas and measuring results.Curiosity about startups, SaaS, and growth strategy.A self-starter mindset, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and the responsibility to make things happen.BONUS: Tech, SaaS, or startup marketingAccount-based marketing (ABM)Managing marketing automation tools or CRM systemsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field would be a plus.THE PERKS: Salary £40-45k (Potentially more for the right candidate) Private healthcare and wellbeing benefitsCompany retreats and regular team meetups - we believe the best ideas come when we get together.Hybrid, flexible working - we care about outcomes, not clock-watching.Fast track your career progression as we scale.Pension Scheme Genuinely enjoyable culture.
