You will need to demonstrate a combined expertise of consumer insights & trends and healthy affinity. You will work in day-to-day business operations, to understand product performance, market environments, consumer needs, and translating into your marketing advisories to our partners to ensure improvement of marketing performance.RoleThe role is based in Shanghai, has the strength to focus on current propositions sales and marketing performance, carry out activities to support external and internal portfolio and marketing activity execution in place. Furthermore, you will:Be responsible for portfolio in Derma, MD and OTC products.Be responsible for the portfolio introductions which need to be carried out under STADA or Sub-brands. Ensure each launch is successful to realize the business case, and able act upon portfolio performance. o Be responsible for the portfolio marketing communication in each communication touchpoints, ensure all communication is delivered under our brand and product benefits.Be responsible for the marketing budget planning and allocation in the mixed media channel, ROI driven o Be responsible for annul, quarter, monthly marketing activation calendar from planning to execution, perform monthly and quarterly review of marketing and business related to the portfolio.Support marketing head to define and lead the product portfolio (and roadmap) for future which is suitable to grow under the STADA brand.Develop product/service Q&A bible, directly work with distributors to continues collect and improve our pre-sale, after sale and R&R respond to consumersTo start with this role, it will have no specific allocated marketing budget; So the role is really suitable for enterprise type of person who is able to roll the sleeve and dig into opportunities and finding the opportunities.
