Oversee the marketing team members’ performance with lead generation and ensure deadlines are met. Provide a high level of customer support when working with our franchisees. Develops project schedules, supervises project flow for SEO, paid search, social, and content teams, assigning project-specific tasks, handling communications and logistics, supporting the team by removing roadblocks, and keeping internal and external stakeholders, agencies and consultants informed. Shares responsibility for overall department performance - monitoring campaign performance trends, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between operations and marketing specialists to identify concerns, develop recommendations, and fine-tune campaign content, media plans and use of company resources as necessary to ensure objectives are met. About this roleThis is a full-time remote position for a Marketing Manager. We are seeking a special person to join our team who is passionate about digital marketing with experience supporting sales lead development campaigns. This person should be highly creative, strategic, and have great communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, data-driven digital marketing campaigns that effectively and efficiently engage a range of prospect-types interested in becoming a 911 Restoration franchise owner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content, impactful visuals, and collateral sales materials, to support new prospect engagement. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the marketing department as a key point of contact for franchisees, providing welcoming, expert, supportive customer experience for franchisees and their staff. Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizes daily project workflow and manages marketing department resources, assigning and reassigning tasks as needed to keep all projects on track. Collaborates with internal paid search, SEO, social, and content managers as well as external creative, PR, and web development agencies, consultants, and freelancers to define new project parameters, objectives, and preferences, and develop realistic project budgets and timelines. Supports the extended team and internal clients with clarity on project mission and priorities, relevant source documentation, project details and objectives, and leads communications needed to keep all stakeholders updated on project status. Maintains deadlines for active projects, ensuring that marketing team members understand their individual role and objectives, and have the resources needed to deliver on their project priorities. Reviews campaign performance data bi-weekly with department managers and collaborates with the extended internal and external team to develop recommendations to ensure marketing initiatives can deliver the results needed. Coordinates the review of draft creative content for ads, social posts, collateral, and company websites, provides feedback for needed revisions, approvals, and traffic completed deliverables to managers and specialists to put into use.Manages the throughput of project tickets submitted by franchisees and operations - communicating accordingly to confirm project scope and requirements, and to set internal client expectations, then coordinating team resources to develop deliverables. Provide the highest level of customer support when working with our franchisees. Aligns with accounting to ensure a detailed marketing department budget is always current.Coordinates vacation requests to maintain optimal marketing department staffing. Contracts freelancers and/or temporary contractors to help with busier periods and larger projects. Assists with onboarding of new franchisees, employees, and vendors. Job RequirementsMinimum five years of experience in Marketing Management; lead generation, customer management, communications, customer support and leadership.Extensive experience in the service industry.Strong background in digital/performance marketing and supporting franchisees. Ability to manage a full docket of complex initiatives and thrive in an intense, fast-paced environment with unpredictable influences on project flow and performance.Assertive, yet easygoing, optimistic attitude with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.Working with external vendors/agencies/freelancers providing clear communication and oversight. Solid decision-making skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and prioritize goals, tasks, and resources daily.Ability to provide clear communication and guidance to team members to deliver results.Comfortable on the cutting edge of marketing technologies and use of AI tools.Extremely detail-oriented and organized, consistently meeting deadlines.Having a creative, collaborative, and innovative approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management software [Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar] PMP certification a plus What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Paid vacation, sick time and company holidays (after the first 90 days).Medical, dental and vision benefits (after the first 30 days).401K (after the first 90 days).Salary Range: $80,000- $90,000
