We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation through digital footprint-enabled data science and machine learning models.Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.Since 2020, our business has expanded to 6 countries, surpassed 10 million visits every month to our brands and reached profitability.Jeff has been recognized as a top growth fintech by Financial Times, Statista, Deloitte, Sifted and others.As we continue our growth and expansion, unlocking new markets and products, as well as introducing AI as a central product pillar, we are looking for great people to fortify our team further.Join our team as Marketing Manager for Asia and play a significant role scaling our business in the region 10->100!We are open-minded with regards to location but expect this role will involve time spent both in target markets, as well as in our HQ in Riga, Latvia on a regular basis.You will:Oversee and manage all marketing related activities across Philippines, Vietnam & later on in IndiaDrive user growth rateLead efforts towards improving our LTV/CACOrchestrate actions to boost retention and funnel KPIsBe on a constant lookout for new growth avenues: channels, synergies, growth-hacks & moreCoordinate efforts with colleagues in Performance, Lifecycle, SEO and design teamsClosely cooperate with Data team, driving improvements via sophisticated data-centric tools and projectsBe on top of all things brand, customer opinion and PR improvementsPlay increasingly important role with regards to scaling regional marketing team over timeTake a big part in more deeply embedding AI in all things marketing: content, analytics, automations & moreYou have:5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketingStrong and demonstrated background in digital marketing, with clear distinction in select sub-areas of itPast experience with affiliate marketing or mobile app marketing at an advanced level is a clear advantagePrior experience in financial services, marketplace business or large-scale consumer tech companiesExcellent English.
