Performance Marketing Manager (Selangor, Malaysia)Industry: Global workspace solutions / commercial furniture & workplace design sectorSummaryA leading global player in the workspace solutions industry is expanding its digital marketing capabilities and is searching for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across both B2B and B2C channels in the APAC region.This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for someone who loves data, creativity, experimentation, and leading multi-channel digital initiatives. You will shape the end-to-end performance marketing strategy—spanning media, SEO, CRM, partnerships, and analytics—to increase brand visibility, generate demand, and boost conversions.What You Will Do• Own and develop the complete performance marketing strategy across digital channels (media, SEO, CRM, partnerships). • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of performance marketing specialists. • Plan and execute multi-market campaigns aimed at brand awareness, lead generation, and e-commerce performance. • Manage budgets, media planning, and channel optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and regional digital platforms. • Strengthen organic traffic and conversion through SEO and CRM initiatives. • Collaborate closely with content, digital experience, analytics, and external agencies to improve campaign effectiveness. • Provide timely performance reports with clear insights, ROI tracking, and recommendations for improvement. • Continuously test new formats, tools, and platforms to scale digital efficiency and innovation. • Uphold internal compliance standards—asset protection, data confidentiality, business ethics, and regulatory guidelines.Who You Are• 8–12 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or growth marketing—ideally within premium B2B or hybrid B2C industries. • Strong track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns and cross-functional teams. • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CRM automation, and digital reporting tools. • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance metrics to drive business outcomes. • A strong communicator who can influence, present insights, and lead effectively. • Strategic thinker who enjoys being hands-on in execution. • Creative, data-driven, and comfortable adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.Preferred Educational & Experience BackgroundsCandidates with the following backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply: • Degree in Mass Communications, Media, Marketing, PR, or Advertising • Experience in content writing, media strategy, PR or brand communications • Experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Lead, or similar leadership roles • Strong understanding of media ecosystems, brand communications, and digital storytelling
