This role is a perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and execution in a hybrid work environment. If you’re passionate about creating innovative marketing campaigns and want to contribute to a brand that’s making a difference, we’d love to meet you!What You’ll Do·       Marketing Strategy: Lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and launch strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and grow sales across all platforms.·       Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, retail, convention, and more.·       Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Oversee content production, including photography, videos, social posts, and website updates.·       IRL Activation: Develop creative initiatives for conventions such as comic-cons.·       Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and decision-making.·       Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the industry, as well as competitive analysis, to identify new opportunities and refine our approach.·       Partnerships & Collaborations: Build relationships to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.·       Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage directly with customers through various channels, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotions.·       Event & Promotion Planning: Organize and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotions to increase brand visibility and drive sales.What You Bring·       5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on IRL, digital marketing, social media, or brand management.·       Strong experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.·       Previous experience managing a team.·       Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.·       Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.·       Experience with consumer products.·       A passion for working in a fun, dynamic, and collaborative team environment.Nice-To-Haves·       Experience working with licensed products.·       Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
