For this role, you may work from home, however, you will be required to travel frequently to our Tokyo office for conferences, business needs, or company/team events.In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team on a range of interesting projects across customer sentiment, customer engagement upselling and cross-selling and campaign execution & management. This is an excellent opportunity where you can apply your skills and learn new skills by working on real business projects in the retail context.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the customer lifecycle, mapping journeys across touchpoints and planning targeted campaigns to engage customers at every stage.Develop and execute customer engagement strategies—both online and offline—to drive loyalty, retention, and repeat business.Manage subscription programs end to end, from acquisition to renewal, while maximizing customer lifetime value and profitability.Segment customer databases and leverage insights to design personalized marketing campaigns that address customer needs and preferences.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal, creative, and content teams to plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.).Analyze performance data and customer insights to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize future strategies, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Stay informed about market trends and competitors to refine engagement strategies and contribute to overall business growth.QualificationsDecent written and spoken EnglishBachelor’s or Master’s degree, marketing degree is preferablePrior experience in Marketing / CRM / Customer Relations / Loyalty roles is a big plusFamiliarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Any experience with WeChat account management is a bonus.Very enthusiastic to learn and try out new marketing campaigns / techniquesOut of the box thinker to bring new perspectives to the businessWilling to face and speak to customers; work under close supervision and deadline pressure; Enthusiastic about working in a diverse team
