This role is responsible for shaping and executing CyberClan’s brand identity, ensuring consistent and compelling content, and driving high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.The Marketing Manager will own the creation, management, and execution of integrated campaigns— including digital content, events, webinars, social media, and targeted outreach—that support company growth across Canada, the US, the UK, Australia and new greenfield regions. They will maintain brand consistency across all channels, oversee messaging and visual identity, and ensure that marketing activity aligns with CyberClan’s values and strategic objectives.In this role, you will build and manage a pipeline-driven lead generation process, ensuring the smooth flow of leads from awareness to MQL to sales-ready. Working collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams, you will design marketing programs that amplify CyberClan’s expertise, differentiate our services, and enable our teams with strong tools, assets, and positioning.The ideal candidate has a strong blend of brand marketing, content creation, digital strategy, and lead-gen leadership, thrives in a metrics-driven environment, and brings an energetic, hands-on mindset.Essential FunctionsLead end-to-end execution of the global marketing strategy for the CyberClan group of companies,ensuring regional alignment and strong cross-functional collaboration.Oversee market and competitive analysis, applying insights to strengthen brand presence and shape effective go-to-market strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing strategic marketing guidance that drives pipeline growth, elevates brand positioning, and encourages innovation.Manage and develop the BDR team, owning the full Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity process, KPI performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.Ensure strong BDR–AE alignment by optimizing handoff processes, communication, and conversion tactics that support closing and revenue growth.Identify and develop valuable client-facing insights, partnering with SMEs and Delivery to produce high-impact content, campaigns, and thought leadership.Oversee planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring compliance with regional and industry requirements.Manage all internal and external marketing materials, including content creation, editing, publication workflows, and translations.Own website and intranet strategy and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, strong UX, and consistent brand messaging.Lead social media strategy, including content calendars, posting, engagement metrics, and competitive analysis.Own email marketing programs, covering segmentation, automation, optimization, and performance analytics.Support Sales enablement by managing Salesforce Engagement (or equivalent tools) and ensuring efficient marketing-to-sales workflows and reporting.Oversee production and distribution of newsletters, blogs, publications, and webinars, maintaining consistent cadence and brand alignment.Analyze all marketing activity and funnel performance, delivering insights and ROI-driven recommendations for improvement.Manage relationships with authors, speakers, partners, and event contributors, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality output.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the annual global marketing strategy, aligning priorities with business goals, revenue targets, and CyberClan’s brand voice.Generic Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary decision-maker and first point of contact for all proposed marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and initiatives—providing strategic guidance, evaluating feasibility, and constructively shaping or challenging plans as needed.Lead the development and presentation of new marketing initiatives, including content programs, brand campaigns, outreach strategies, and event concepts, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.Drive innovation by challenging conventional approaches, introducing new ideas, exploring non- traditional marketing channels, and bringing forward best practices and inspiration from outside the cybersecurity and professional services sectors.Required Skills and Experience● Degree in marketing or similar discipline● At least 5 years marketing experience, 2 or more in a leadership capacity with direct reports● At least 1 year of marketing and product management experience● Marketing qualifications, such as CIM or IDM or equivalent experience● Marketing experience in the tech, services or cyber industryPreferred Skills, Experience, Degrees or CertificationsDeep knowledge of modern lead-gen platforms and tools—marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and email marketing systems—with the ability to configure, optimize, and maximize them for predictable pipeline growth.Proven expertise in designing and managing full-funnel lead generation strategies, including awareness, nurturing, scoring, MQL/SQL conversion, and pipeline acceleration across global regions.Experience developing annual global marketing and lead-gen strategies, aligning regional needs, business goals, and revenue targets to drive scalable outcomes.Strong background in brand management, overseeing visual identity, messaging, and content across web, print, digital, and multimedia channels.Skilled in building integrated marketing programs using digital (SEO, SEM, paid social, automation) and traditional (events, PR, collateral) tactics to generate measurable revenue.Hands-on experience with website management, content development, UX improvements, SEO, and performance optimization.Exceptional creative and copywriting skills, producing clear, compelling content aligned with brand tone and audience needs.Experience developing research-driven content (blogs, whitepapers, social posts, webinars, product sheets) with the ability to measure ROI and optimize based on data.Ability to create effective GTM plans that connect marketing initiatives with business objectives, product/service roadmaps, and regional requirements.Advanced proficiency with CRM, collaboration, and engagement tools such as Salesforce, SalesforceEngagement, Cognism, Zoho, Teams, and similar platforms.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite to support visual design and asset production.Strong understanding of SEO, marketing automation, Eloqua, Google Analytics, and multichannel optimization techniques.Experienced in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce Engagement, etc.) including segmentation, automation, and follow-up campaigns.Background in B2B marketing and professional services, ideally in cybersecurity, MSP/MSSP, or technology sectors.Demonstrated success expanding digital presence, improving brand visibility and engagement.Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders, support sales, and
