About the RoleWe are launching a new fintech project and are looking for a Marketing Manager to create and lead our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing within the financial industry, a creative eye for content, and a hands-on approach to managing social platforms. This role is not about large teams or agencies — it’s for someone who enjoys building a brand from scratch, experimenting, and showing results. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc.) to build awareness and attract clients.Create, schedule, and manage multilingual content (Russian and English).Work closely with management to align marketing messaging with business goals.Track and analyze social media performance, providing monthly reports with insights and suggestions.Manage collaborations with other marketing departments within the group.Build a consistent brand voice that fits fintech and investment audiences.Coordinate the creation of short videos, posts, and visuals highlighting the product’s advantages and company culture. Requirements3+ years of experience as a Marketing or Social Media Manager in the financial or fintech industry (brokerage, trading, investment, banking, etc.).Proven portfolio of social media work.Excellent command of Russian and English; Chinese is a strong advantage.Experience working with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Telegram, YouTube Studio, and similar tools.Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
