This role is a full-time remote position and offered on an external consultant agreement basis.OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive business growth. The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, building brand awareness, and leading a high-performing team to deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and market presence.Lead Generation & Funnel Growth: Plan and execute initiatives to attract, nurture, and convert leads across digital and offline channels.Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, launch, and manage integrated campaigns (digital, social, events, and traditional) to support sales and customer acquisition.Brand Awareness & Engagement: Strengthen brand identity through storytelling, content creation, media exposure, and consistent messaging.Customer Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives to deepen relationships, improve retention, and increase lifetime value.Public Relations: Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns and channels.Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.Cross-functional Support: Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with overall company goals.Other Duties: Perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing management, with strong exposure to both strategy and execution for Japan Market.Bilingual language skills in Japanese and English language.Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign management, and brand development.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and CRM tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.
