We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn data and innovation into strategies that connect, inspire, and create real impact across every digital touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to grow patient appointments and brand visibility across digital platformsLead cross-functional collaboration with Creative Leader, Ads Specialist, and KOL teams to deliver impactful campaignsLeverage AI tools to optimize ad performance, audience targeting, and content personalizationPerform A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and landing pages to identify top-performing elementsEnsure consistent delivery of FDC’s message, emphasizing empathy, trust, and innovationWork closely with creative and copywriting teams to align content with FDC's tone and visionIdentify scalable strategies to attract more patients, such as localized campaigns for underperforming regions or geo-targeted adsFocus on digital initiatives that can handle growth without compromising qualityAnalyze campaign performance and integrate lessons learned into future strategiesStay ahead of industry trends to ensure FDC remains a leader in digital dental marketingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master’s preferred)Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management, including 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record in developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital platforms, audience segmentation, and ad optimizationHands-on experience with AI-based marketing tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data and generate insightsStrong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
