As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangkok.Position Overview:We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:-Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.- Brand Management: Enhance and manage the FlowAccount brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content for various marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
