Role SummaryThe incumbent is responsible for the communication and digital marketing related activities, driving and managing regional digital operations and initiatives across Legrand Southeast Asia Offices, reporting to the SEA Marketing Director.Role ResponsibilitiesCommunicationBring a consolidated view of communication activities of Legrand SEA Work closely with local Marcom teams and SEA Marketing ManagersEnsure the consistency & quality of the various activities vs plan and vs Group Brand guidelineSupport SEA Marketing managers and local Marcom on activities like booths layout, brochures, internal or external events… for transversal topics like Hospitality, Smart Home, Data Center, Retail, Wiring DevicesWebsiteEnsure the quality, efficiency and visibility of Legrand/Bticino websites across SEA.Be the interface between countries and Legrand APMEASA Digital team Ensure the pace of development and improvement of the various websitesBe involved in the local adaptation and in the implementation of new tools like local e.catOptimise content for common SEA topics like Hospitality, DC, Smart Home, WDShare and duplicate best practices across various local websites Make regular analysis of SEA websites performances, propose action plan, SEO actions … Monitor the cybersecurity of the websites and follow procedure of APMEASASocial MediaDefine Social Media strategy of SEAFollow-up on all Social Media accounts of the region, define clear objectives (brand awareness, opinion leadership, leads generation)Support and guide the countries regarding community managementFeed countries with adapted contents: collecting existing ones from the group, adapting it to local needs, and being involved in the creation of new onesAssure the right pace of publications, leveraging on countries animation. Share best practices.Set target, KPI per country and the advancement of them DigitalizationIdentify digital initiatives which can be shared/deployed across SEA subsidiaries. Role RequirementsMinimum Degree in Communications, Marketing or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ direct experience in a portfolio driving digital marketing from A-Z, including strategy and executionSolid understanding and experience in offline and digital Communication, Social Media, SEO, Google AnalyticsExperience in events organisation and management Self-motivated Individual, meticulous and hands-onProficient in general software usage and hands-on experience in web applicationsExcellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) is a mustOther RequirementsCreative and highly drivenExcellent Project Management and Coordination Skills – able to prioritise and get resultsIndependent, mature and self-motivated with a positive attitudeTeam player with good interpersonal skillsPro-active and engaging personalityWell-versed in MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)Skills in handling software like Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator etc…Able to travel within Southeast Asia
