Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy and managing all marketing activities of thecompany, with a strong focus on market research and competitor analysis to support business direction and enhance the company’s competitive advantage.Key Responsibilities:1. Market research and analysisMarket trend research and analysisCompetitor product, price, distribution strategy monitoring and analysisCustomer needs research and analysisMarket (customer) segmentation.2. Market strategy building and performingProduct marketing planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales.Event organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.Customer acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.Media channels: Maintain and enhance the company's presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.Branding positioning and distinguishing points developing.3. Sales activity supportMaking sales materialsBuilding distribution expanding plan with sales team4. KPI management and reportingSetting and analysis each marketing plan and activities KPIRegular report about market• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities andcustomer preferences.• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dentalindustry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.• Support other departments in developing and implementing cross-functional projects in line withmarketing objectives• Control daily activities of team members and reportRequired Qualifications:Over 5 years Healthcare Marketing manager experience preferredStudied marketing at foreign university preferredForeign healthcare company experience preferredQualifications: University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields.Language: Fluent in EnglishProject management, multitasking and decision-making skillsAnalytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions.Data-driven marketing mindset with a creative eyeExperience with marketing automation tools and CRMManagement: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team.Preferred candidates:+ Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy+ Proven success in designing interactive applications and connected platforms+ Willing to travel+ Established relationships in the mediaBenefits:Competitive base salary (38 - 45 mil) + performance-based commissionOpportunity to be a key contributor in an international company with fast growth in VietnamCareer advancement in both business and healthcare fieldsTravel opportunities and participation in domestic/international conferencesHealth insurance and other standard benefitsWorking time: 5 days/week, from Mon to Fri
