You will be responsible for working both strategically and operationally with five brands. You will support and drive the planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing activities in the Finnish market. You will work hands-on with external leads and customers.. We see that you are a true team player with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.We have a hybrid workplace policy, where a minimum of two days in our office in Helsinki is required.What you’ll do:Be hands-on and work with various communication channelsIncrease high-quality leads and marketing-led pipeline contribution through ABM, emails, referrals, and contentWork effectively on an operational levelCreate and follow marketing planning and budgetPlan and manage events, as well as analyse the results of themBuild relationships with key contacts within the industry, as well as the pressWork on local as well as global projects and campaignsProduce content in various formats such as video, image, and textDevelop marketing initiatives and projects for your services in the Finnish market from start to finishContribute to the sales growthPrevious experienceAt least 3 years of experience working in marketing and communicationBroad and practical experience in marketing workExperience in creating marketing plans and budget follow-upExperience working with digital marketing, including websites, social media, and other digital platforms and systemsExperience in creating and publishing high-quality contentExperience in event planning and management (both digital and in-person)The ability to work independently as well as in a teamThe ability and willingness to proactively seek out and test new marketing and communication opportunitiesStrong knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and writtenExperience with CRM and other marketing automation tools (eg, HubSpot or Salesforce)Analytical strengthProven success driving Pipeline growth in B2BA curiosity for AIIt is also a plus if you have experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Ungapped, and Canva.All applications in English
