We're building a brand that sits at the intersection of wellness, culture, and creativity—and we’re looking for a marketing rockstar to help us spread the word (and the water).The RoleWe’re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who is a true self-starter - someone who thrives on turning ideas into reality and isn't afraid to get hands-on. This role is for a generalist who can balance strategy, creativity, and execution, and who is passionate about social media, culture, and community.You’ll take charge of all marketing initiatives at Kapsule - covering social media, PR, influencer partnerships, content, campaigns, and more. If you often have 50 ideas while scrolling through TikTok, get excited about unboxing experiences, and love connecting brands with cultural trends, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll DoSocial MediaManage Kapsule’s TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels like they’re your personal playground.Create and post content, engage with our community, and leverage trends that align with the brand.Track performance, making adjustments to maintain momentum.Influencer & Creator MarketingBuild and manage our influencer/creator database.Develop and execute influencer gifting and seeding programs, from fun PR packages to major campaign moments.Maintain relationships with influencers and stay updated on key figures in the space.PR & Brand BuzzOversee our PR agency to ensure they are aligned with our goals.Lead the creation of press packages, pitches, and narratives that generate media interest.Keep Kapsule featured in wellness, lifestyle, and cultural publications.Performance MarketingDirect paid digital strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels.Manage ad budgets, conduct creative testing, and assess campaign performance.Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns to enhance conversions, improve CAC efficiency, and drive growth.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are both on-brand and effective.Campaigns & Brand BuildingExecute campaigns and product launches across digital, social, and in-person experiences.Develop creative activations that spark conversations and foster brand loyalty.Keep marketing efforts organized and efficient—managing budgets, timelines, reports, and all the behind-the-scenes details.Who You Are3-4 years of marketing experience (preferably in-house at a consumer brand).A self-starter who thrives on taking ownership—someone who doesn’t wait for instructions.Obsessed with social media—you know TikTok and Instagram inside and out.Experienced in working with PR agencies and/or influencers.A creative thinker with a scrappy, proactive attitude.An excellent communicator who is super organized (because details matter).Passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and building innovative brands.
