We have raised millions from top-tier investors, including Eurazeo, the HubSpot Fund, and Stride, to help finance teams run their collections at the speed of AI.Who We Need:As the Marketing Manager for Demand Generation at Kolleno, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across our U.K. and U.S. markets.Your mission is to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities. You’ll work closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to turn product and market insights into high-impact campaigns that position Kolleno as the leading AI-powered financial operations platform.This role blends creativity, analytics, and strategic execution, helping ambitious finance teams modernize collections and accelerate cash flow through real-time AI intelligence. What You'll Do:Your Day-to-DayPlan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns; from concept and creative development to launch, optimization, and performance analysis.Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, email, display, and social media.Manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads; including planning, testing, and optimizing for maximum ROI. Conduct audience research to uncover new campaign opportunities across paid channels.Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.Oversee budgets and pacing, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to drive key business objectives and pipeline targets.Monitor and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and regular updates to key stakeholders.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and market positioning.Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and external vendors to maximize campaign impact.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Kolleno at the forefront of growth and performance marketing.Who You Are:Experience Required 3–6 years of experience (flexible) in marketing at a top-tier SaaS startup, with a proven track record of designing and executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth.Strategic marketer and storyteller who deeply understands customer needs, communicates value clearly, and builds credibility with CFOs and finance leaders.Data-driven growth operator with expertise in analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and translating insights into measurable results.Doer with a proactive mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and execute beyond your core responsibilities to deliver tangible business outcomes.AI-first thinker who embraces innovation, leveraging automation and analytics to drive smarter marketing and scalable demand generation.Collaborative team player who works cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to build cohesive strategies and deliver exceptional experiences across the funnel.Detail-oriented executor who connects customer and market feedback with internal teams to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategy.Life At KollenoWho We Are:Kolleno moves fast.
