Marketing Manager

One of our clients, a large International Pharmaceuticals organization, is looking to strengthen their Africa business by adding a Marketing Execution Manager to their team based at Dar es-Salaam, Tanzania. The Marketing Manager will drive central marketing plans, design regional marketing initiatives at the country and regional level, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities:Drive new product launches and execute launch strategies in alignment with the central marketing team.Provide local marketing insights to the central team and support the creation of effective marketing mixes.Implement successful marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics.Manage existing product lines with a focus on brand establishment, visibility, and growth.Support sales teams in achieving market share and budgeted targets through strong commercial execution.Conduct market assessments, surveys, and competitor scans to identify new opportunities.Train the sales force on product promotion, clinical presentation, and brand positioning.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to refine marketing strategies.Desired Profile:Education: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy; MBA preferred but not mandatory.Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.Prior work experience in African countries is highly desirable.
