Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Scope of Responsibility: The Personal Care Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategy and commercial plans, both short and long term of the Personal Category. This person will also lead a team of talented Marketeers to accelerate the SOM growth.Core Responsibilities:Lead and implement annual marketing strategyDevelop with Retail Marketing commercial plans that accelerate growth for the Personal Care business. Responsible for the P&L of the category driving volume and SOM growthDrive engagement and excitement both Internal and External for new product launches. Manage media, consumer and trade promotion, market research, product development, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix Manage media production process and budgetManage business decisions and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting. Lead multi-functional projects with cross functional tramsRequired Qualifications :Degree; preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering or Marketing.
