Job Description

Responsibility:To support the company's growth and revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent brand. Functions as an integrated team providing comprehensive support to all business segments through well planned and executed marketing campaigns.The Marketing Manager collaborates with the other department team, strategizes and oversees the implementation of marketing initiatives. This role also supports, promotes and improves the internal and external identity of Planet Gadget brand by developing and maintaining external strategic relationships, identifying opportunities for branding, leading projects related to research, issuing internal communications and supporting other large-scale projects in accordance with the marketing objectives.The Role:Introducing innovative and effective ideas/delivery channels that are engaging to customers and prospects.Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.Lead and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience.Take care of all logistical aspects to ensure the smooth running of events, including live assistance.Supervises: Digital Marketing Team, Graphic Designer, Content Creator and Talent.Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve KPIs in brand visibility, traffic, and conversion.Analyze market trends and performance data to optimize marketing activities.The Requirements:5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail services, professional services, or B2B.Demonstrated social and digital marketing expertise.Excellent influencing skills, executive presence and the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.Ability to self-direct and switch between strategic and tactical responsibilities.Confidence to navigate ambiguity and prioritize actions from a variety of stakeholders.Diligent listening skills and superior written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to participate as an active member of an energetic team.Availability and willingness to work outside normal business hours.Experience with Event Organizing and collaboration and CRM Systems.Marketing communications, public relations or business administration degrees welcomed, or equivalent experience.Willing to be placed in Bali.Able to join immediately.
