We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE. Location – Sharjah, UAESalary – 26,000 AED/month + benefitsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategiesProficiency in marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead marketing initiatives and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets and has the ability to analyze financial dataKey Responsibilities:Strategy Development & ExecutionDevelop and lead the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives and brand vision.Brand Management & ConsistencyEnsure consistent brand messaging across all marketing collateral, property signage, sales materials, and digital content.Digital MarketingLead the digital marketing strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, oversee social media content creation, enhance website user experience and analyze performance data.Marketing OperationsStreamline work processes to enhance operational efficiency, oversee brand analytics, manage procurement process, generate reports and support sales-related events.Budget ManagementManage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources for various initiatives. This includes monitoring investments, forecasting, and adjustments on budgets.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and overall business goals.Analysis & ReportingAnalyze marketing performance metrics/KPls to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Thought Leadership Stay up to date with marketing trends and technologies.
