We share an energetic and open culture for capable people to discern, work and ignite as a team.To learn more about SHEIN, please visit https://ca.shein.com, follow our Instagram @shein_ca and Youtube @SHEINOFFICIAL.ResponsibilitiesBuild and arrange media partnerships, managing and facilitating partnerships with local partners.Formulate the content strategy of the brand in different periods, and be responsible for the performance of brand marketing content, including but not limited to assets captured at branding events, lookbook shoots, marketing materials etc.Lead and collaborate with team members in the determination of marketing strategy, provide feedback and direction on priorities branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues.Be able to lead and execute projects when needed, including but not limited to local branding events, influencer projects, lookbook shoots, PR initiatives, campus ambassador projects etc.Stay on top of industry news and trends, be able to recap and analyze best practices knowledge and insights after each project. Responsible for running of local team , including on-site management of local events, daily routine work and maintaining close communication with headquarters team. This may require to work during some evenings and weekends. Skills and QualificationsClose relationships with local media holders and industry players, including talent agencies and networks, web portals, TV channels, magazines etc. Be able to integrate resources according to the marketing strategy.7-10 years of experience in marketing field , preferably brand marketing, played crucial roles or was responsible for large-scale campaigns. Familiar with the whole process of marketing activity.Experience with implementing cross-channel/multi-channel marketing strategies, as well as experience with working in a multi-cultural environment. Familiar with social media platforms, able to leverage different tools to reach the acquired target.
