Soho Pizza is one of Bangkok’s most loved New York–style pizza brands, known for bold flavors, fun energy, and a fast-growing presence across the city. We are expanding our footprint and elevating our brand experience, and we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of our growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for Soho Pizza across all locations. This role manages the brand’s marketing calendar, campaigns, digital channels, partnerships, and promotional performance. You will work closely with Operations, Creative, and the Corporate Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand execution and impactful customer experiences.Responsibilities:Brand & Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute annual brand and marketing plans aligned with business goals.Strengthen brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.Lead innovative campaigns that enhance visibility and attract new customers.Digital Marketing & Social MediaManage Soho Pizza’s social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement.Oversee paid performance campaigns (Meta, Google, delivery platforms) to drive traffic and sales.Track and optimize digital KPIs: reach, engagement, conversion, ROI.Campaigns, Promotions & New Product LaunchesLead seasonal campaigns, promotions, and limited-time offers.Coordinate product launch go-to-market plans with Operations and Creative teams.Develop promotional materials, in-store marketing, and delivery platform assets.Partnerships & Public RelationsBuild strategic partnerships with influencers, media, and local communities.Manage PR activities, press materials, and brand events.Customer Engagement & LoyaltySupport CRM initiatives, customer feedback programs, and loyalty platform activities.Analyze customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Analytics & ReportingMonitor brand performance, campaign results, and sales impact.Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with action plans.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations to ensure consistent brand standards at all stores and coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and HR for promotions, staffing support, and brand events.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5+ years of marketing experience in the F&B, QSR, or retail industry is a strong advantage.Proven track record in managing digital marketing and social media.Strong creative thinking, project management, and execution skills.Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and campaign performance.Excellent communication skills in English & ThaiAbility to work in a fast-paced, growing, and fun environment.
