Product Manager

Job Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and sustained growth in alignment with regulatory and commercial objectives for Neurology Products. This role requires a proactive individual who collaborates closely with headquarters team and fosters strong relationships with medical professionals to support company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans to strengthen brand positioningConduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitive landscape, and business performance to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and sales teamsUtilize data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementManage product lifecycle from development to post-launchMonitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance and market dynamicsEnsure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and promotional guidelinesSupport pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategiesImplement marketing activities with budget controlCoach sales team to have enough disease & product knowledge Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or marketingStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., Thai FDA, PDPA and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Act.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.Proficiency in both Thai and English
