About the Role: Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.Responsibilities:Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our companyDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionExperiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target key clientsBuild strategic relationships and partner with Governments and key industry playersPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wiselyOversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studiesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsAnalyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordinglyAnalyze competitors’ products and have monthly meetings with CSO-BDMs Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesDemonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learnProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords’ campaignsA sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communicationUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Required Skills:At least 5 years’ experience as marketing manager or leader, handling a teamStrong motivational and empowerment skillsStrong communication skillsStrong relationship management skillsAdditional languages like French, Arabic, Russian and Spanish are a plus
