Join Us!SUMMARYWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead AccessNurse (medical call center) and Ambulatory Care marketing by overseeing day-to-day execution of marketing activities and managing the teams.RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and guide team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projectsLead strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, and events)Monitor and track performance metrics for marketing initiatives, preparing regular status reports for leadershipEnsure brand consistency and quality control across all marketing materials and communicationsCollaborate with other departments (such as sales and client relations) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectivesContribute creative ideas for content, promotions, and marketing strategiesHelp manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project management tools to keep initiatives on trackManage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partnersSupport budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing projectsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination to include internshipsAdept organizational and time management skills with an ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, content management systems)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plusCollaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding team members
