Save more, track spending, and achieve home ownership faster with Ubank.The WhyThis role is responsible for supporting the development, execution and performance of the customer growth funnel working alongside the brand, creative, performance and lifecycle growth squads to deliver high impact campaigns that convert.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, execution and performance of the customer growth funnel, including:Day-to-day balancing of our funnel mix (e.g. awareness, consideration, conversion), channel mix (e.g. ATL, social media & digital, event, partnership) and medium mix (e.g. video, voice, search) to deliver on our growth targets.Work with the in-house brand and performance teams to facilitate campaign planning, media buying and campaign delivery against key targets and performance measures.Work closely with the studio team to deliver best in class creative that promotes the brand, is true to the advertising platform and delivers superior customer acquisition resultsOptimisation of the borrower journey for home lending from first impression through to settlement, and everyday banking journey from install to MFI (Main Financial Institution), ensuring the experience is being consistently optimised to drive customer engagement and conversion.Managing growth experiments across channels, creative mediums and customer journeys.Leveraging data insights to identify opportunities to improve the performance of the funnel, bringing together teams across the business to ideate and implement solutions.Your ExperienceMinimum 3-4 years experience developing and managing campaigns, challenger brands, fintech, and retail experience highly preferredHave worked ‘on the tools’ building campaigns and growth flywheels across paid and organic channels.
