Background Young Indonesian Professionals' Association in Australia (YIPA AU) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering the next generation of Indonesian professionals across Australia. We create a platform for young Indonesians to connect, learn, and grow, while strengthening their leadership and collaboration within the professional landscape. Our mission is to help young Indonesians succeed in their careers and amplify their influence through meaningful networking, mentorship, and community initiatives. By promoting career development, entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange, YIPA supports emerging and established professionals in contributing to a stronger Indonesian community in Australia. Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a Campaign and Growth Lead. The Campaign and Growth Lead will be responsible for managing campaigns, developing and implementing growth strategies, and analysing performance metrics. Qualifications Experience in Campaign Management and Campaign strategy developmentStrong Communication skillsAnalytical Skills to assess and improve campaign performanceProject Management skills to coordinate and oversee campaignsAbility to work independently and remotelyPassion for community service and empowering young professionalsExperience in non-profit organisations is a plus.
