Job Description

Job Title: Latin America Marketing Manager Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Localization & Content ManagementCoordinate with UNI-T headquarters to adapt and publish Spanish-language marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, videos, digital assets, and campaign content.Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and regional market requirements.Manage translation, proofreading, and technical accuracy of product-related documentation.Regional Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement marketing strategies for Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latin American markets.Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including trade shows, distributor events, product demonstrations, technical seminars, and co-marketing programs.Oversee production and deployment of promotional materials for regional marketing activities.Manage marketing budgets, vendor sourcing, and ROI assessment.Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Provide insights and recommendations to support product positioning and market expansion.Support regional sales teams with localized marketing tools and customer engagement materials.Cross-functional CollaborationMaintain regular communication with the headquarters marketing team regarding product launches, campaigns, and project timelines.Collaborate with Latin America sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial priorities.Prepare periodic reports summarizing activity results, market insights, and improvement suggestions.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the test and measurement industry, electronics, industrial equipment, tools, or related technical sectors.Strong understanding of instrumentation products such as multimeters, clamp meters, thermal imagers, testers, or electrical measurement tools.Native-level Spanish communication skills.Basic English proficiency for communication with global teams.Experience in offline event planning and B2B marketing.Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking capabilities.PreferredExperience working with Chinese companies or international organizations.Familiarity with Latin American industrial and educational markets.Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.Performance-based annual bonus.Opportunity to work closely with global teams and participate in international projects.Professional development and career advancement within UNI-T’s Americas organization.Dynamic, multicultural working environment.Application InstructionsInterested candidates are invited to submit the following to neo@uni-trend.com.cn:Updated CV (in English)Brief cover letter outlining relevant experienceEmail Subject: Application – Marketing Manager Latin America
