We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven multi-tasker who will be instrumental for Malaysia team operations.The Marketing Manager will plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines. Support the Business Goals. Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers and new customers. Be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and always portray a professional and customer-oriented image.We have multiple positions open for Marketing Manager for the following brands: Bath and Body WorksVictoria's SecretLaderach / F&B (Bacha, TWG)KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYDevelop and execute 360 omnichannel marketing plans to drive brand awareness, traffic, new customer, promotional activity and traction across multi-channel - store & e-comm, marketing communications, customer experience and trade activities.Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, Marcomms, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM while driving retail excellence.Responsible over marketing KPI, budgets and forecast to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.Sensitive to consumer insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer experience.Strong collaboration with inter-departments and external stakeholders are necessaryCollaborate with Brand Principal to develop and present local marketing strategies.Review and research marketing campaigns of competitor brands.Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post-event reports.Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs.Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level.Assist Regional Marketing Manager in driving regional led campaigns.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:At least 5-6 years in retail marketing experiencePrior beauty, fashion or lifestyle portfolio experience is preferredFluid to adapt to a highly dynamic luxury omni retail environment.Entrepreneurial, resourceful and commercialDynamic and collaborative team player spiritCreatively driven to think out of the box.Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.Independent and accountable with good learning agilityResilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkersAgile and quick go to market solutions expert.Have excellent time management and communication skills.Self-motivated and can work independently.Proven track sales record in a target driven environment.To succeed in this role, you will need to have the drive and passion for learning about the industry, and the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.If this sounds like the opportunity you're looking for, we can't wait to hear from you.*Only shortlisted candidates will be notified*
