Job Title: Marketing Operations & Communications Lead (Partner Marketing)Client Location: Hybrid in Culver City, CAStarting: ASAPPay Comments: W2 + benefitsMinimum Pay (per hour): $67.17Maximum Pay (per hour): $74.63Hours: Full-timeDuration: 12 monthsJob Description:Our clients marketing team is seeking a proactive, creative, detailed and optimization-oriented Operations and Communications lead to manage cross-functional planning and implementation of various projects that drive the engagement, ongoing investment and overall success of their global partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project timelines and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely fulfillment of assets that power partner marketing efforts.Drive the development of communications for all 3rd party partners, inclusive of Keynote slate updates, newsletters, email updates and more.Support planning and execution of global partner events, collaborating effectively and efficiently with key stakeholders.Oversee global partner screener site in tandem with video operations team, ensuring prompt distribution of titles to 3rd party partners for respective markets.Ongoing marketing budget management including submitting monthly forecasts, opening POs and fielding invoice inquiries.Foster relationships across the organization to unlock opportunities for partner engagement.Influence executive stakeholders through structured thinking, exceptional communication, and a strong grasp of business dynamics.Key Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing, promotional partnerships, communications or operations — ideally within a fast-paced, global organization across media and entertainment.Exceptional collaborator and communicator who can influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.Team player who can also work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from briefing through execution and delivery.Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clarity.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems with creativity, insight, and empathy.Presentation skills and experience building Keynote presentations required.Partner-facing experience a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree required.About Aquent Talent:Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.Aquent is an equal-opportunity employer.
