Let’s go. 💥Content 10x is a tight-knit team, big brands, and zero micromanagement. 💸Be the ops engine behind content that actually performs. 🥇Take the lead in delivering impactful content that gets real results on a global scale. 📈The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:Own end‑to‑end delivery for multiple client projects—from onboarding and scheduling through to final content publication.Build and maintain ClickUp boards, SOPs, templates, and an AI prompt library; monitor capacity, dependencies, and deadlines.Coordinate internal and freelance teams (writers, designers, video editors), providing clear briefs and enforcing QA checklists.Publish approved content on client websites and social channels (WordPress, Buffer, HubSpot, SproutSocial) as well as Content 10x platforms.Communicate with clients on status, next steps, and issue‑resolution; cultivate trusted relationships that drive retention.Embed AI and automation to streamline workflows without compromising quality.Line‑manage one Ops Assistant, providing coaching, feedback, and development pathways.The Person3–5 years’ project, operations, or client‑services experience (agency/B2B environment a plus but not essential).Advanced user of ClickUp (Trello/Asana transferable). Comfortable with WordPress, Buffer/HubSpot/SproutSocial, Descript/Riverside.Proficient with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research, QA, and process automation.Detail‑obsessed; spots typos, misaligned images, and broken links before the client does.Confident communicator in English—written and verbal—with a knack for building rapport remotely.Salary and BenefitsSalary Range: R38,000 - R40,000 per month (depending on experience)Through Marketing Pros, the successful candidate will have access to a shared workspace in Cape Town, a Slack group with other South Africa-based marketing professionals, and regular social and training events.
