Your responsibilitiesProvide strategic support to the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications in planning, structuring, and monitoring the global marketing agenda, including defining objectives, tracking performance, and preparing decision-relevant analyses and presentationsManage the calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence of the VP Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure efficient scheduling, professional communication, and smooth daily operationsOversee the global marketing budget and portfolio by coordinating planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiencyCoordinate and prioritize strategic initiatives, meetings, and cross-functional projects within the VP CMC area to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely executionDesign and implement formats, tools, and events that foster collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing across the global marketing and communications communityYour QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related fieldSeveral years of relevant experience, ideally in marketing strategy, project management or other strategic coordination roles; working experience with C-Level leaders a plusProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, and experienced in project management toolsExcellent organizational skills, structured working style, and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as well as a strong analytical mindset and discrete handling of sensitive informationFluent in English and German, both written and spokenWhat we offerFlexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from homeFurther training and international career opportunitiesCorporate health management "PALfit"Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidyJob ticket for travel to and from PALFINGERNumerous employee discounts through Corporate BenefitsMinimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.614,68 based on full-time employment.
