It provides flexible, AI-enabled build experiences through code-native, low-code, and an embedded workflow builder, plus self-service configuration and an embedded marketplace.Prismatic is well-funded with strong product-market fit and a high-agency, driven, collaborative culture.About the role:As the Marketing Operations Manager at Prismatic, you will optimize and improve martech infrastructure, processes, and data operations. This is a high-impact IC role working closely with marketing, sales, and rev ops to provide transparency into marketing performance and ad spend efficiency.You'll keep marketing operations running smoothly, build data frameworks that generate actionable insights, and provide the reporting transparency we need to optimize performance. This roles requires strategic thinking, technical know-how, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.What you will do:Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provides clear, actionable insights for marketing decision-makingIdentify process gaps and inefficiencies across marketing operations, implementing solutions that improve team workflow and system performanceAnalyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend improvementsMonitor and report on ad spend performance across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc) to provide transparency on campaign efficiency and ROISupport campaign testing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing in partnership with growth and product teamsManage tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, attribution) to ensure accurate measurement of marketing activitiesClosely collaborate with revenue ops to optimize tech stack and data infrastructureRefine and optimize attribution models to accurately track customer journey touchpoints and improve measurement of marketing impact on pipelinePartner with revenue operations and finance on reporting standards and revenue data integrityEnsure data accuracy, cleanliness, and governance across all marketing systems to support reliable reportingMaintain documentation of processes, data definitions, and workflows to ensure team alignment and efficient onboardingProvide technical support and training to marketing team on systems, workflows, and best practicesAbout you:4-6 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, with proven track record of optimizing marketing systems at scaleProficiency in marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendationsProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesStrategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with tactical executionSelf-starter with high ownership mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environmentPay range:The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000/yr USDLife at PrismaticOur ValuesOur values shape everything we do—how we make decisions, collaborate, and operate day to day.Give a Shit – We bring passion and drive to our work.
