Job Title: Marketing SupervisorDepartment: MarketingReport to: Marketing Manager / General ManagerLocation: EAST BUY Head OfficeJob Purpose:To lead and coordinate marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growthacross EAST BUY’s retail and online platforms. The Marketing Supervisor ensures effective execution ofcampaigns, product promotions, and brand communications in line with the company’s vision and standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningAssist in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Support in developing marketing budgets and monitor spending efficiency.2. Campaign & Promotion ManagementPlan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and product launches.Coordinate promotional activities both online (social media, e-commerce, digital ads) and offline(in-store, events, print).Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports with insights.3. Branding & Creative CoordinationEnsure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.Supervise the creation of marketing materials (posters, videos, banners, POSM).Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and agencies.4. Digital MarketingOversee EAST BUY’s social media content, schedule, and engagement.Support SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns to increase online reach.Track and report on digital performance metrics.5. Cross-Department CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Operation, and Product teams to support business targets.Coordinate marketing support for store openings, seasonal sales, and new product introductions.6. Reporting & Team ManagementSupervise and motivate the marketing team to achieve set goals.Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management review.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, social media, and brand management.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in design coordination and digital marketing tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Core Competencies:Strategic thinkingCreativity and innovationLeadership and teamworkStrong organization and follow-up skillsData-driven decision-making
