Job DescriptionJob Title: Marketing Ops ManagerReport to: Senior Manager Marketing and PDM OperationsLocation: Tunis, TunisiaOverview of Role:The Marketing Operations Manager coordinates and optimizes marketing efforts by improving their efficiency, effectiveness and scalability. They work closely with various marketing teams to ensure that marketing activities align with the company's overall objectives. From managing budgets and timelines to analyzing data and metrics, they play a vital role in keeping the marketing team on track and making sure that campaigns deliver the desired results.They will report directly to Senior Manager Marketing and PDM Operations.Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a talent that is always looking for the best solution to do things better and faster. Process management: Marketing campaigns often involve multiple departments, such as sales, product development and customer service. A marketing operations manager coordinates with these departments to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and that all departments are working together effectively. They design and implement processes and workflows that enable marketing teams to execute their daily tasks efficiently, curating and integrating the best applications and technologies to support each step in the process. Campaign management: This role involves being the project manager for integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing the execution of various processes and measuring results. You set goals and benchmarks for each upcoming marketing program or campaign. You then monitor and analyze marketing activities' performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results. Data Management: Marketing operations managers frequently collaborate with business operation teams to maintain accurate data and ensure updated reporting. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). By analyzing this data, you can identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Marketing Technology: Maintain knowledge of business processes, industry, and technology trends to better define and communicate the roadmap and rationale for future marketing and business development technology solutions. People Management: Able to coordinate the work of small teams and maintains effective cooperation with other related departments.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent process management and digital workflow skills. Solid understanding of technology and how systems interact. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and strong verbal/written communication skills. Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills. Accountable and able to manage projects individually and work will as part of a team. Team player, comfortable building effective relationships with business partners. Goal orientated; ability to stay focused on delivering results. Self-starter with proven experience in delivering results to an organization. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Must be able to work unsupervised and thrive in a stressful environment. Knowledge and understanding of promotional products marketing, data, etc. Flexibility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment with multiple priorities.
