You're the driver: the studio provides world-class creative and production, you provide the vision and execution that turns it into profit.ResponsibilitiesOwn growth outcomes for multiple e-commerce brands.Lead product launches, creative direction, Meta Ads scaling, and funnel optimization.Direct creative teams to produce high-converting content aligned with performance goals.Manage Meta Ads campaigns at scale, driving ROAS and customer acquisition.Identify opportunities, test fast, scale winners.Build and analyze data: creative performance, funnel metrics, unit economics, LTV/CAC.Set priorities, timelines, KPIs...Experiment relentlessly: new angles, channels, offers.
