Marketing Procurement Specialist12-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | London CitySalary Range £68,000 - £75,000 per year. This is an opportunity to work within a truly complex, international environment - one where you'll have daily interaction with stakeholders at every level, across regions, functions, and time zones.What You'll DoAct as the key point of contact for marketing teams on sourcing and vendor-related processes.Oversee vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions (PR/PO), and contract renewals in collaboration with Sourcing, Finance, and Legal.Support business forecasting and reporting, ensuring accuracy in budgets and timely execution of POs and invoices.Manage vendor and supplier data, tracking SLAs, compliance, and equipment transfers.Assist with supplier QBRs and reallocation of budgets across projects.What You'll BringMust-Have SkillsStrong operational process mindset - highly organised, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively.Clear, concise communicator - comfortable engaging with stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultures.Fast learner - adaptable to changing systems, tools, and processes in a dynamic global environment.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience using CRM, PO management systems, or SAP.Project management capability - able to track, coordinate, and deliver multiple workstreams efficiently.Why This RoleThis is not your typical sourcing role.
