About The RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to implement and oversee the go-to-market strategy for our SEO agency’s demand generation campaigns. This is an internal, non-client-facing position. You’ll manage a range of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, content projects, and partnership activations. This role combines hands-on project management with strategic execution, ensuring that every campaign contributes directly to lead generation and business growth.This is a remote position. All applicants must be available to work between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST (more overlap with 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST is even better, if possible!).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans for go-to-market campaignsImplement go-to-market campaigns from concept to completionOversee logistics, promotion, and execution for digital and in-person events, ensuring they reach target audiences and meet engagement goalsManage and maintain the marketing calendar, aligning projects with campaign priorities and deadlinesCoordinate webinar production and follow-up processes (promotion, registration, lead tracking, post-event engagement)Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to schedule and publish materials such as articles, case studies, and landing pagesTrack and analyze performance data for ongoing campaigns, reporting insights and recommendations for optimizationManage email campaigns in Active Campaign and coordinate with the sales team to align messaging and timingWork with creative and technical vendors (designers, developers, writers) to produce marketing assets that meet brand standardsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows using AI tools and marketing automation. Support cross-functional communication to keep all projects on time and within scope. Qualifications3-5 years of experience in project management or campaign coordinationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing prioritiesFamiliarity with content marketing practices and campaign reportingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Active Campaign, Canva, or similar tools is a plusUnderstanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics preferredComfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones. However, proofreading and revising the content is required.Spark points for:BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant fieldExperience with email marketing campaigns, preferably using Active CampaignExperience with Canva, Descript, or similar tools for editing visualsBasic understanding of AI tools and the ability to identify ways to integrate them into workflowsFamiliarity with SEO Prior experience working with a marketing agencyExperience with editing or coordinating website content.
