Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:CDhorizon Dubai is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with proficiency in Chinese communication (preferably native or fluent Chinese speakers). This role involves data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and supporting business operations to drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:Conduct statistical analysis of business operations data to monitor performance and identify trends.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.Analyze operational quality, detect issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.Business Support & Optimization:Assist in process optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.Submit and track business requirements to support departmental goals.Communication & Coordination:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business strategies.Present findings in clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership.Additional Duties:Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, data modeling) and PowerPoint (report design).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Language: Fluency in Chinese (mandatory) for effective communication with stakeholders.Soft Skills:Systematic thinking with strong logical and analytical abilities.Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing operations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Collaborate with a multicultural team in Dubai’s thriving business hub.Contribute to strategic decision-making and process improvements.
