Hamak Games is the creative mobile gaming studio of Fdn SOFT, an experienced technology company with a rich history of providing extensive software support across web and mobile platforms to both public and private sectors.We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills to join us.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across various acquisition channels with a strong focus on ROI and CAC targets.Platform Mastery: Manage campaigns across social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) and major ad networks critical for app growth (e.g., AppLovin, AdMob, Google Ads).Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize sophisticated analytics tools to rigorously track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement A/B testing frameworks to maximize conversion rates.Budget Management: Efficiently manage significant performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation, clear forecasting, and adherence to financial targets.Reporting: Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.✅ Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on, proven experience in a Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or User Acquisition role.Platform Expertise: Mandatory proficiency in managing performance campaigns on key channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and significant hands-on experience with mobile ad networks like AppLovin and AdMob.Industry Focus (Preferred): Proven track record of success in performance marketing specifically for mobile or web-based AI applications, SaaS products, or high-growth tech products is a distinct advantage.Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in app/web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Admost) and comfortable working with MMPs like Adjust, AppsFlyer or Revenue Cat.Language Skills: Excellent command of EnglishMindset: A strong analytical and data-driven approach, exceptional project management skills, and a proactive mindset toward achieving ambitious growth targets.
