In this role, you’ll help bring our digital marketing activities to life — from planning and execution to analyzing what works and finding ways to make it even better. You’ll collaborate with teams across different countries, using your mix of creativity, technical expertise, and critical thinking to make our marketing more engaging and effective every day.Detail job descriptionCampaigns & Lead Generation:Planning, coordinating, and optimizing online campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Defining target audiences, managing performance, and generating qualified leads for leasing teamsPreparing regular reports and recommending improvements based on resultsCoordinating external agencies with setup of Google Tag Manager, and OneTrust (cookie consent system)Working regularly with HubSpot (CRM system) – setting up and designing newsletters, workflows, and automated emailsAnalytics & Reporting:Analyzing campaign results and monitoring website and digital performancePreparing regular marketing and leasing reports and insightsTechnical & Administrative Tasks:Coordinating technical vendors (e.g., cookie lists, analytics tools, web tracking)Maintaining digital marketing systems and tools – access management, licenses, setupsSocial Media Content & Community Management:Posting content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeManaging content boosting and tracking boosting budgetsCreating visuals in Figma (graphic tool)Website & Content:Maintaining and managing content on the corporate website (WordPress)Supporting website updates and design refreshesCoordinating content translations and updating with internal and external partnersEnsuring accuracy and consistency of information, visuals, and messagingInternal Support:Supporting marketing teams across all HB Reavis marketsProviding basic graphic assignments (basic visuals and brand assets)RequirementsExperience from similar role or from digital/marketing agency min 2 yearsFluency in EnglishAnalytical skills, data driven approach, UX & CX focusBasic knowledge of Figma and HubSpotGeneral knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or similarSelf-driven and proactiveAlways looking for innovative solutions (e.g., AI, digital tools, new technologies)Positive attitude towards learning new skills, proactive mindset and friendly personalityThe capability to drive projects, both independently and collaboratively, and deliver resultsOffer5 sick days / yearTime for personal mattersParkingAnnual credit to use in HB Reavis Benefit CafeteriaLife and accident insuranceMeal vouchers fully covered by the companyA friendly, team-oriented working atmosphereFlexible working timeSalary starts from 2100€ / monthly
