Job Title: Marketing Systems & Paid Media Specialist (GoHighLevel)Work Mode: RemoteEmployment Type: Part-Time (9:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m. EST)Compensation: $1,200 USD/month (Fixed Retainer)We are marketing and advertising company focused on performance-driven growth systems. The team operates with structured funnels, CRM automation, and paid acquisition strategies. Reporting systems are already automated, allowing this role to focus purely on technical execution and optimization.Role OverviewMarketing Systems & Paid Media Specialist responsible to manage and optimize CRM automation and paid campaigns. This is a technical execution role focused on:CRM automation (GoHighLevel)Funnel structure and optimizationPaid campaign management (Meta and/or Google Ads)Continuous system improvementThis is not a content creation role and not a reporting role. The primary focus is system architecture, performance optimization, and structured improvements.Compensation & Trial Structure$1,200 USD per month (fixed retainer)Covers up to 20 hours per weekPaid monthlyNo bonusesPaid Trial1-week paid trial prior to full confirmation$300 USD for the weekUp to 20 hours during the trial weekTrial includes audit, optimization, and final presentation of findingsKey ResponsibilitiesCRM & Automation (GoHighLevel)Build and maintain advanced workflowsDesign and structure tag architectureImplement lead scoring systemsManage pipelines and opportunity stagesEnsure accurate tracking (UTMs, events, stage tracking)Paid Media ManagementManage campaigns in Meta Ads and/or Google AdsStructure campaigns by funnel stage (cold, warm, hot)Execute structured A/B testingOptimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion ratesFunnel OptimizationIdentify bottlenecks across the funnelImplement structural improvementsContinuously optimize system performanceTrial Week DeliverablesDuring the paid trial week, the selected candidate will:Audit the current GoHighLevel structureReview tags and workflow architectureAudit active Meta and/or Google campaignsIdentify 3–5 optimization opportunitiesImplement at least 1 structured improvementPresent findings, technical justification, and funnel improvement plan2+ years experience in operations, customer service, or virtual assistant roles.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven experience in: CRM automation, Paid media management and Funnel optimizationExperience working with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRMExperience managing Meta Ads and/or Google AdsAdvanced GoHighLevel expertise (complex automation systems)Strong attribution and tracking knowledgeProven success reducing CPL and improving conversion ratesExperience structuring multi-stage paid funnelsAgency-side performance marketing experienceStrong analytical thinkingAbility to work autonomouslyBased in Venezuela or Nicaragua
