Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Remote Operator based in Venezuela to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality support to patients and assisting with day-to-day office coordination for a U.S.-based practice. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone in English, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following New York business hours.Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner.Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.Provide general information to patients regarding services.Place outgoing calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments.Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and benefits for medical equipment.Record and update patient information accurately in internal systems.Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.Requirements:Strong verbal communication skills in English.Previous experience in customer service, medical office support, or a call center (preferred but not required).Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, data entry).Schedule: Monday to Friday.Monday to Thursday 8am to 7pmFriday 8am to 5pmSalary: $500 USD
