About the RoleMarketing at NightOwl exists to help more people come together and create lastingmemories. We build campaigns that drive real results for venues and create meaningful brandvalue over time.In this role, you’ll lead marketing for a group of venue brands. You’ll work directly withvenue leadership, shape strategy, and own execution from start to finish. Depending on your experience, you might work across one large brand or several smaller ones. We match teammembers to brands based on where they can do their best work.This is a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, full of big personalities andunexpected turns. You’ll need to stay adaptable, communicate clearly, and keep thingsmoving even when conditions aren’t perfect.Everyone on the team works across four key areas:1. Strategy and collaboration with leadership, venue managers and stakeholders.2. Generalist execution and day-to-day delivery on your brand/s.3. Specialist contribution in one focus area such as CRM, paid media, or social content 4. You’ll also support the wider team with your expertise, playing a hands-on role inkeeping projects moving when priorities shift or capacity needs adjusting.Our structure is clear, our tools are solid, and we’ve invested heavily in process so the teamcan focus on doing great work that actually makes a difference.What You’ll DoBrand Account Coordination• Be the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of NightOwl brands• Build solid relationships with venue managers, understand their commercial goals andemotional drivers• Plan and lead strategic marketing activity tailored to each brand• Coordinate with internal team members, interdepartmental stakeholders, freelancersand keep delivery smooth• Own the outcome and ensure results are deliveredSpecialist Craft• Lead high-impact or complex projects in your area of expertise (e.g. CRM, paidmedia, content)• Support overflow work and help unblock team capacity when needed• Build reusable templates, automations, and documentation• Share knowledge with the wider team and offer informal mentorship where relevantProject Management & Execution• Brief, scope, and manage marketing projects end to end• Maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and quality• Anticipate problems and solve them early• Identify ways to improve tools, workflows, and systemsWho You Are• 3+ years experience in marketing with deep skills in one core area (e.g. email, paidmedia, CRM, content)• Strong communicator who can work directly with stakeholders and lead strategydiscussions• Equally comfortable planning high-level strategy and getting stuck into delivery• Organised, reliable, and self-sufficient• Someone who brings energy, clarity, and a sense of ownership to the workBonus Points• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, nightlife (extra bonus if you’ve worked in-venue)• Hands-on familiarity with:o Salesforce - Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforceo Digital Advertising - Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads,Pinterest Adso Webflowo GA4o Google Tag Managero Monday.como Zapiero Sprout Socialo Canvao Adobe Creative CloudWhy Join NightOwl?• Work across a mix of local and nationally recognised brands, each with their ownpersonality and creative opportunities• Deliver campaigns and materials that are actually exciting and interesting to produce• Collaborate with high-energy and experienced leaders from other departmentsincluding production, sales, venue ops and maintenance• Be part of a high-trust, high-output team where you’re trusted to do your best work• Build systems, strategies, and campaigns that scale across a fast-moving venuenetwork• Enjoy a flexible mix of in-office, on-premise, and remote work, with real ownershipof your role• Generous staff discounts at our venues.The Way We WorkAt NightOwl, we’re not just ticking boxes.
