The role focuses on producing and distributing high-quality B2B content that showcases client outcomes, thought leadership, and expertise in the HubSpot and AI ecosystem. Working largely independently, the Marketing Specialist manages the end-to-end production of marketing assets across content, digital channels, and campaigns, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and reach. The role ensures that the organization maintains a regular marketing cadence that strengthens credibility, supports sales conversations, and reinforces the company’s position as a trusted consultancy partner.What are you expected to do?Content Development and PublishingProduce case studies that demonstrate client outcomes, technical capability, and strategic impact.Research, write, and publish blog content aligned to business priorities and client challenges.Develop written content for social media and digital channels, primarily LinkedIn.Plan and produce video content, including scripting, coordinating recordings with internal subject matter experts, editing using tools such as Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, and publishing across channels such as YouTube and LinkedIn. Repurpose existing content across formats such as blogs, social posts, newsletters, and supporting sales materials.Digital Marketing and Channel ManagementMaintain a consistent publishing cadence across website, social media, and email communications.Manage content within the HubSpot CMS including blogs, landing pages, and supporting assets.Coordinate visual assets and supporting materials required for marketing content.Prepare content plans and campaign briefs, including outlining concepts and messaging, and coordinating with designers to produce supporting visual assets for blogs, social media, video, and marketing campaigns.Schedule and publish posts across relevant digital platforms.Campaigns, Events, and Brand InitiativesSupport the promotion of webinars, events, and marketing initiatives through digital assets and communications.Prepare campaign materials including landing pages, forms, email invitations, and follow-up content.Assist with award submissions and supporting materials that showcase client outcomes and project success. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen Engaging.io’s brand authority within the HubSpot and AI ecosystem.Marketing Analytics and ReportingMonitor and analyse website traffic, social engagement, email performance, and content metrics.Produce a monthly marketing performance summary highlighting key insights and trends.Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness based on performance data.Maintain visibility of marketing activities through content calendars and reporting updates.Marketing Operations and CoordinationMaintain a forward content plan aligned to business priorities and delivery outcomes.Collaborate with consultants and leadership to capture insights, project outcomes, and industry trends.Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for marketing content.Ensure marketing assets align with brand guidelines and messaging.You’ll be a great fit if:You are amenable to part-time work (4 hours per day, 3 days per week, totaling 12 hours per week). The schedule will be further discussed during the recruitment process.You have 3–5 years of actual professional marketing experience relevant to the role.You have demonstrated experience producing marketing content for B2B organisations. You bring strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content with minimal oversight.You have experience managing digital marketing content through a CMS platform, preferably HubSpot.You are familiar with marketing automation tools, including email campaigns, forms, and landing pages.You have experience analysing marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.You understand social media content strategy and performance tracking, particularly on LinkedIn.You can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a consistent delivery cadence.You have strong communication skills and the ability to gather insights from internal stakeholders and translate them into compelling marketing content.What would success look like to you?Consistent delivery of a planned marketing cadence including blogs, case studies, social posts, and newsletters.Marketing content accurately reflects the organization's expertise and client outcomes, with minimal editing required from leadership.Growth in website engagement, social media reach, and newsletter interaction over time.Effective support for campaigns, events, and awards submissions through well-prepared marketing assets.Clear and actionable monthly reporting on marketing performance and opportunities for improvement.Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to capture insights and translate them into valuable marketing content.Here are the benefits of joining our team:Generous remuneration with discretionary bonuses. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 3-4 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up.
